When Microsoft laid off 1,400 workers last month, they apparently made an accounting error and paid out too much in severance. Now they want it back.
You are currently unemployed? Unable to find another job? You can’t afford your mortgage/rent/health insurance/food? Really sorry about that. Could you “please make your check or money order payable to ‘Microsoft Corporation’”?
